Refund Policy
At EBFITT Personal Training, I aim to provide a professional, supportive, and high-quality coaching experience. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing any services.
Personal Training Sessions
All personal training sessions and packages must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for:

completed sessions,
-
partially used training packages,
-
missed appointments,
-
or change of mind after purchase.
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

medical conditions,
-
injury,
-
or other unforeseen situations.
Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
Training Packages
Training packages are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed time period.
Unused sessions that expire outside the agreed timeframe may be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late, the session may still end at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to other appointments.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing the trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns before participating in training sessions.
